PUBLIC NOTICE
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP 15351)
The Cuyahoga County Department of Health & Human Services is now soliciting proposals from agencies and organizations interested in providing fatherhood specific programs to residents in Cuyahoga County.
A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for October 26, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. at Chicago Title Conference Room, 1275 Ontario Ave., Cleveland, OH 44114. Copies of the proposal specifications are available from the Office of Procurement and Diversity. [Phone: (216) 443-7200]. Specifications will not be made available at the conference.
Completed proposals must be submitted to the Office of Procurement and Diversity, 112 Hamilton Court, Cleveland, Ohio 44114, no later than 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 13, 2009.
