Inspector General Vendor Ethics Training Registration
IMPORTANT NOTE:
You must use Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 5.5 or higher or Netscape Navigator Version 6.2.3 or higher in order to complete the registration process.
A completed IRS W-9 form must be submitted to the Office of Procurement before the vendor registration process is considered complete. Upon completion, the form may be submitted either by mail or fax to (216) 443-7206. Your BuySpeed account number will not be activated until receipt of the W-9 form.
