The following are changes/clarifications to the above referenced specification package RQ/RFP 14802.

Addendum Items:
  • The Cuyahoga Board of County Commissioners is terminating RQ/RFP 14802 for the custom design, development and full implementation of an automated Client Tracking System for the Department of Senior and Adult Services.
  • The Department of Senior and Adult services intends to request permission to reissue this RFP at a later date.
  • Any RFP package submitted to date will be returned to the prospective bidder unopened.
All remaining terms and conditions of the specification package  remain in effect and this addendum therefore becomes part of the specification.

Addendum NO. 1 for RQ14809

Please Note Changes for Addendum Items:


*  Extending the bid due date from:
November 6, 2009 to Friday, December 18, 2009

*  Changing the contract period from:
January 1, 2010 - December 31, 2010 to July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011





The Cuyahoga County Department of Senior and Adult Services (DSAS) is now soliciting proposals from agencies and organizations interested in providing custom design, development and full implementation of an automated Client Tracking System for Cuyahoga County in a department-wide intranet environment.

A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for September 23, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. at 1701 East 12th Street, Lower Level, Cleveland, OH 44114. Copies of the proposal specifications are available from the Office of Procurement and Diversity. [Phone: (216) 443-7200]. Specifications will not be made available at the conference.

Completed proposals must be submitted to the Office of Procurement and Diversity, 112 Hamilton Court, Cleveland, Ohio 44114, no later than 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 6, 2009.
