The Cuyahoga County Department of Senior and Adult Services is now soliciting proposals from agencies and organizations interested in providing services for the Community Social Services Program for Cuyahoga County. These services include: adult day, adult development, chore, communicative impaired, congregate meal, financial counseling, homemaking, representative payee, and transportation services.
A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for August 31, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the Department of Senior and Adult Services, 1701 E. 12th Street, Lower Level, Cleveland, Ohio 44114. Copies of the proposal specifications are available from the Office of Procurement and Diversity. [Phone: (216) 443-7200]. Specifications will not be made available at the conference.
Completed proposals must be submitted to the
Office of Procurement and Diversity, 112 Hamilton Court, Cleveland, Ohio 44114, no later than
11:00 a.m. on September 14, 2010.
