NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received in the Board of County Commissioners Office of Procurement & Diversity, Room 110, County Administration Building, 1219 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113 until 11:00 A.M., (Local Time) on:

December 30, 2010 for: The lease of County-owned property no longer needed for public use:
Permanent Parcel Nos. 003-16-030, 003-17-004, 003-17-005 and 101-08-009 located in the Flats beneath the Main Avenue Bridge at 1) N.W. corner of Elm Street 2) N.E. corner of Main Avenue (East & West), and 3) Irish Heritage Site at the corner of Merwin and Center Street Avenue across from the Flat Iron Café, as per County Requisition No: CT-10-18878.


Any questions concerning the property may be directed to the Real Estate Division, at (216) 698-2517. The official closing time shall be determined by the wall clock located in the Office of Procurement & Diversity, Room 110, County Administration Building, 1219 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113. Late bids will be returned unopened.

Specification and proposal blanks may be obtained at the Office of Procurement and Diversity
(Same Address).

The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
